A dumbwaiter / food elevator is a small cargo lift to carry foods between floors. They use hoist for lifting and are commonly used in hotels and restaurants. We often hear complaints from restaurant or hotel customers because their food orders are late. This will certainly be a problem and can even reduce the reputation of the place of business if not solved.
